Holistic care here does not mean alternative or prescriptive—it means thoughtful attention to how emotional, physical, relational, and environmental factors interact.

Somatic awareness is integrated gradually and respectfully, always at your pace. With advanced training in trauma-informed and mind–body approaches, I support healing that feels grounded, embodied, and sustainable rather than forced or overwhelming.
