Individual Therapy
Trauma-informed, integrative therapy for women navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and burnout.
-
Individual therapy with me is collaborative and active. This is not a passive space where you talk and I simply listen. I show up with curiosity, perspective, and a willingness to think creatively—while staying grounded in safety, attunement, and nervous system care.
I work with women who are capable, insightful, and often carrying more than they let on. Many are navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic illness or autoimmune conditions, burnout, or the lasting impact of violence or relational harm. Life may look steady on the outside, while inside things feel heavy, scattered, or exhausting.
Therapy here is about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface—and responding differently, with intention.
-
Individual therapy may support you in working through:
Anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional overload
Trauma, including experiences of violence or abuse
Chronic illness or autoimmune conditions and the emotional and identity shifts they bring
Burnout, perfectionism, or difficulty slowing down
Grief, life transitions, or changes in sense of self
Relationship patterns that repeat despite insight
You don’t need a clear plan or polished story to begin. We work with what’s present.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. Sessions are structured enough to feel grounding, with room to follow what’s alive and meaningful in the moment.
I’m actively engaged in the process—offering reflections, asking thoughtful questions, and helping connect insight to lived change. Our work may draw from relational therapy, somatic and body-based awareness, parts-informed exploration, and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR, when appropriate.
For clients living with chronic illness, therapy often includes space for grief, frustration, and learning to relate to the body differently. For those impacted by violence or abuse, the work centers choice, agency, and pacing—without pressure or re-telling for the sake of it.
This work is responsive, creative, and deeply respectful of your nervous system.
-
Clients often describe this work as grounding, clarifying, and quietly empowering.
There is room here for honesty, nuance, and creativity. We may move between insight, emotion, and practical experimentation—because real change rarely happens in a straight line. You won’t be rushed, minimized, or left alone with things that feel too big to hold.

Individual therapy is offered via secure telehealth.
