IFS-Informed Therapy
Parts-oriented therapy recognizes that we all carry different inner “parts”—protective, wounded, adaptive, and wise. These parts develop for good reasons, often in response to early experiences, trauma, or chronic responsibility.
Rather than trying to eliminate symptoms, this approach focuses on understanding and building compassionate relationships with the parts of you that have been working hard to keep you safe.
This work is especially supportive for clients who feel conflicted, self-critical, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but can’t shift.
My approach is IFS-informed and trauma-attuned, grounded in advanced clinical training and years of experience helping clients move toward greater self-trust, clarity, and internal cooperation—without forcing change or bypassing complexity.
